I've noticed my level is 2/5 so I'm just wondering if anyone would like to suggest how to create better levels in the future that'd be great thank you.

do you want high votes or to create a challenge?
if it's high votes there are several methods of making maps that will please the community at large
having a quirk or puzzle is often popular, for example see the maps by Shimizu for quirky tricks, or Link327's maps for interesting themes, or Bongo's maps for tricky puzzles.
i would suggest finding some maps that have ideas and tricks that you like and try to incorporate them into your maps. and a nice background picture doesn't hurt either  ;)
if you want to post a map for play testing you can do it here ...

and for a sortable table of map data that can help you look at the most popular maps for ideas it's here ...

(it's a little slow when choosing new options, give it time.)
if you have any more questions, or want some specific advice, just ask and i'll be happy to help. i'm sure others will too.  8)

I'm trying to create an entertaining 10 mission mini-campaign I'm not trying to create an extremely challenging level (nothing close to super collider) but still provide and entertaining challenge and plot through progression. I'm not necessarily going for specifically for thumbs up more off using it to see if this campaign appeals to the community. I just want feedback on how to make a better map in the style I am going for.

Pretty nice intro episode. Nothing fancy required; just hold back until you've built as much infrastructure as possible (before the enemy breaks through the first layer of ground.)

Power. Power! I must have more POWER!
