i have CW2 and recently i am unable to download any custom maps, the download bar gets to full but never completes. I am running latest version and this problem only started a few weeks ago. does anyone know why this is happening and what solution there is? thank you

CW2 downloads games to this directory:
%APPDATA%\creeperworld2\customgames

Rename this directory to something like "customgames-bak", and try again.   If that works then there must be something corrupt in the customgames directory or the directory was locked, etc.
