Why are here so less scores ?

Personally I have never been able to beat this one.   Given the times, I must be doing something wrong. 

I try to build up and always run out of energy and get over run.

Actually trying again (haven't tried your method) the creeper seems to cheat.  A couple mortars holding off the creeper for 20 minutes suddenly get overrun.  No loss of energy.  For no obvious reason the creeper climbs to the top level. >:(

ahh.... that could be the reason, I think you have to make it before 20 minutes... use just two drones regulary deep into the red on left side. It should hold it off .
