Great game, but I have to seriously re-evaluate my technique.
Thank you for making it.

dig in straight (balanced) lines and get that cbomb tech early.
i aimed at reactors then cbombs/shields then beacons, grabbing the other stuff on the way. only went for reactor, energy store/speed and reduce unit cost techs to start and only built reactors and cbombs. (except for the drone room, i built 8 blasters to be sure)
the chambers can cancel each other out as you dig down.
then cbombs and shields does the trick  Wink
hope that helps  Cool

Interesting map.  At first, I thought it would take FOREVER to get the reactors so I could use weapons.  Then, once I figured out to dig straight down the vertical walls it wasn't so bad.  Took a few attempts to get something decent going.

I do wish you had put the beacon near the top, so you weren't forced to take the ship down into the board and just kind of ease the dig a little more, but I'm sure this was totally on purpose.

Overall, a very unique and enjoyable map.

I liked it a lot, but you are evil for putting the Beacon on the bottom. Tongue
