I've downloaded the patch and here's what it says:

These things usually correct this problem:
1: Make sure your hard drive isn't nearly full.
2: Reboot your system
3: Download the update again (you might have gotten a partial download the first time)
If that doesn't fix it, make sure you are logged in as the same user that you originally installed the game and that the user is an administrator. If need be, you can uninstall the game, then just install the patch file (it will be fine since you have played the game once already, and you won't lose any progress). But before any of that, just reboot and try again.
I've uninstalled the game and now it won't even let me install it O_O
it says the same thing...
Oh, and the other solutions did not work for me..
**edit: maybe it has something to do with my service pack or .net framework?

During beta testing at one time I had to manually delete all Creeper World sub-folders in the Program Files folder.
