New Forum Board

I would like to have a new forum board. A tournament board for the weekly tournaments. Then we could have code maps and the tournaments separate. Then the top, code map threads could be there and everything would be more organized. What do you guys think?

As long as the main tournament topic is sticky (which is the case now) I think it's fine. It was the same for the Chronom tournaments and this has always worked out well.

Having too many boards would make the forum index too lengthy, especially when games like ChopRaider are added in the near future.
