Title: Any way to access Maps in the Game?
Post by: RG on December 28, 2009, 02:47:01 AM
I recently made a custom map that I was planning on submitting, but I failed to create a thumbnail. I did however deploy my map into the game and I can still play it by pressing "launch your custom game" so I know it is not completely gone.

Is there any way to access it so that I can create a thumbnail and submit it?

right next to the deploy to game button there's another called load working map, this will load the map deployed to your game

Btw, the thumbnail button just creates a little image (png) file of the game.  You never need to send that to me.  I put it there so you could tell what your map would look like as a little image.  After you load up your map from the game as aurzel said, just click "Save Map" at the top of the editor.  That will save off a .cwm file.  This file is your map and it is what you post on the website.
