It would be nice if the game would start paused, or if there was an option to start the game paused or not. Other than that, this game is perfect :)
When the black Mission screen comes up (the one that says Domination or Acquisition), simply press the Pause button (p) before you dismiss the screen.
Alternatively, if there is an opening dialog, pressing the pause button while the dialog are on, will pause the game after the dialog has completed. You can also press Esc. at any time while either of these screens are present and get through to the game (after you have pressed the pause, of course :)).
If i press the puase button during a speaking part the map starts for me.
