[CW3] Resubmit scores?

Is it possible to resubmit scores in CW3? I like to play offline a good deal, but I'd also like to share my scores.

Not easily. But you can start a world, then load the last auto-save and in the game click on Menu -> Leave world and it will bring up the score submission panel.
