I once lasted quite a while playing on Boo - I almost think it's possible, I managed to build a conversion bomb and hit the right emitter, then I built another conversion bomb and hit it again (the anti-creeper stalls for quite some time), but I couldn't really advance anywhere and I wasn't generating enough energy to do anything. I think I lasted about 4 minutes or so - if the drones weren't there I think I could even beat it.
