Where are the instructions for installing/applying the posted updates, and is the latest (1.4) cumulative?
I haven't played 4 for quite a while and want to get back up to speed.

Download the installer from here:
https://knucklecracker.com/forums/index.php?topic=19932.0

After that just run the installer (no need to uninstall the old version first). The installer is complete/cumulative, so just get the current version and install it.
