I want to play the Farsite missions over. I don't see a reset button.

as far as I know there is no reset button.
If I would like to reset that, I would probably go to
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\creeperworld4\
Then I would test if removing/renaming
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\creeperworld4\saves\farsite
does the job. If not, I would rename the whole creeperworld4 directory and copy back the colonies and the editor directories to save my other stuff.
If you rename/move stuff, be sure to have a backup and the game is closed.
No, deleting saved game files does not do anything except delete saved games.
It's possible to replay the Farsite missions even if you've completed them before - open them just as you would if they'd just unlocked.
It's your choice to play through in order, or not.
