Conditional Parameters

I think it would be cool to have conditional switches for fields, units, etc.   For example: a field that kicks in when it has a certain amount of creeper or a gateway that only works if a designated hex is exposed or even   emitters that only work when contacted by the opposite creeper.  I realize it's probably a pipe dream due to the programming involved but it's worth a thought.

For me, a Repulsor that turns on when creeper enters it's range and off again when it's gone to save power would be a godsend.

Rather like the way a Blaster or Launcher sit there patiently doing nothing until something engages their enthusiasm.

I was thinking of an emitter that only work when contacted by the same creeper it emits :P

Conditional Parameters would be very useful, in many places. However, It adds a ton of extra complexity, both in setting it up, and using it.
