This is not a map you should be so cautions about. It truly pays to be super-aggressive.
I can probably cut my time by at least 5 more minutes, but it involves a lot of pausing and detailed unit movement.
Study the creeper flow - a large portion of the center of the map is relatively free of creeper if you rush that central emitter near the island. Then mark of as much of the map as you can with a perimeter that you can defend, then just use the AC and Totems in your area and go "hell for leather" from the inside out
