Status in Colonial Space?

Hi. I feel like I must be missing something obvious, but I have completed a bunch of Colonial Space missions and they still show as "In Progress."  They show a completed time right after I've completed them, but then when I restart the game, they show "In Progress."  I've even gone and erased save files, started over, re-completed, and it still shows as In Progress when I restart the game.  What am I missing?
