There is a sufficient water. Yes, you need to use almost all of it, but is what this map is about.

I liked it.

At least it was different than the last 1000 maps I just played. There is plenty of water and plenty of energy. The only thing that could make it a little better would be some starting Tech Points to upgrade move speed and/or ore storage to speed it up a little.
