help please, how to do this? i cant get enough energy, my infrastructure area gets flooded and phantomed.

In the beginning as soon as possible to construct 1 beacon and at the same time build several reactors. Then build the next 1 beacon and protective shields and 2-3 phantom coils. After that You have enough space for building good infrastructure...
