I just bought this game on steam and I can not get it to work. When I start the game the only thing I can click on is exit game and the music credits.

Windows 10
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti

First thing to do (solves 90% of reported issues) is to do a full reboot.
