I don't want to disable full rate screen updates because the frame skips annoy me, but what I do ask is that it be possible to change some things as like a "Power saver" mode.
It would
-Disable the sparkles under units
-Disable the build circles that rotate as something is building
-Change the flashing glow of phantom timer to red overlay 1 frame on/off (Like one frame to turn on, wait a bit, then 1 to turn off)
-Change most other glows around objects to solid outline (Like when moving units)
Also side suggestion - Option to turn AC mist on/off separatly (I hate the constant flashing of vacuum mode)
