Title: Restart on game loss?
Post by: Grauniad on May 27, 2011, 08:57:00 AM
If the player has lost a game, can the completion screen perhaps offer to restart the game from the last quick save if one is available? Right now it just has "Liberation Ship lost" and a "Continue" button. Would be nice if it also had a "Restart from last saved position" button.

Thanks.

Yeah, that would be convenient.

I want a restart button.

It's in the game menu (bottom right). If you want to use it after being killed, just pause first so you don't get to the end screen with the graph.

I generally don't stick around long enough for my LS to blow up.

The only time my ship explodes is when a super droid manages to get into a micro rift.

But still, it couldn't hurt much.

I think super drones are the reason for auto save.

The main reason are people that want to be safe when rushing an emitter, without having to go to the menu and all that.
